† 3PM - Supershow officially opens to the public, Showdown at Sundown Tournament
opens
† 6PM - Guitar Hero Tournament opens
† 8PM - Seminars start in auditorium
† 10PM - Seminars are closed.
† 10:30PM - No new Showdown Tournament entries. No new Guitar Hero entries.
† 11PM - Supershow is closed to the public. Volunteer staff and game donor meeting
after close.
Saturday - Sept. 19th
† 9AM - Facility opens for volunteer staff, game donors, and vendors.
† 10AM - Supershow opens to the public. Showdown at Sundown & Guitar Hero Tournaments
continue.
† 10:30AM - Seminars start in auditorium.
† 1PM - Kids 5 and Under “Future Pinball Wizard Tournament” begins near concession
area.
† 2PM - Kids 6 to 12 “Pinball Shootout” begins near concession area.
† 5PM - Showdown at Sundown Tournament ends.
† 6PM - Winners of each division announced. Top 10 Final Showdown players are announced.
† 6:30PM - Final Showdown Tournament begins, finalists only. Charity silent auction
winners are announced!
† 7PM - Guitar Hero Finalists are announced. Finals begin.
† 9PM - Show closes to the public.
† 9PM - Midnight - Show breakdown for volunteer staff, donors, and vendors.
