2007 was the Supershow’s 3rd year, our second at the Herrin Civic Center. We continued to see an increase in attendance and involvement with the Showdown at Sundown Tournament.
Comradery continues to be a theme at the SuperShow. People meet others with a common interest in the hobby, and tend to reconvene at the show as a reunion of sorts.
Always evolving, the 2007 show added a charity auction that raised over $2000 which
was distributed to Shawnee Crisis Pregnancy Centers, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and
a local Herrin, IL charity focusing on victims of fires. We pushed the capacity of
the location in providing over 100 coin-
After 2006’s “Lenny is our only vendor show”, we recruited in force, hosting Pinball Life, Illinois Pinball, GameRoom Magazine, and our friend Lenny (and his unique Pinball World booth creation!).
Due to a server crash earlier this year, the archives for 2005 and 2006 were lost. We are looking over backups to see if these can be recovered before creating new pages. We appreciate your patience.
